2 cups or more of cold, filtered water + 4 tablespoons of inner leaf aloe vera juice + 1 tablespoon of chlorophyll (brand with spearmint oil in it) + lemon or lime juice
The chlorophyll is for some extra 'greens' in my diet plus the spearmint oil in it helps me not notice the somewhat strong flavour of the inner leaf aloe juice. Same with the lemon/lime juice and it's good for you too, of course. :)
The aloe is what's for my stomach. Well, and the water. I try to drink at least one full reusable water canister of these a day, especially if I haven't been eating well and my stomach's been bugging me. I try to not put much else in it because my water bottle is a big stainless steel one and I don't want any weird flavours or sugars stinking it up if I forget to wash it out.
