On a, um, healthier note.. I finally got myself a good yoga mat. My old one was falling apart and smelled kind of funny. I was eyeing up hot yoga towels too, but I don't have a gym membership anymore so that's kind of a moot point. I'll just settle for a normal yoga towel the next time I see one that isn't bonkers expensive for no reason.
I've been considering trying to do a salt water cleanse to my body but I'm not exactly someone of normal stomach health so I worry it will be too harsh on my body or will just dehydrate me from all the work my body has to do to get the saline back out of me properly. Once I'm feeling better I might try it but not to the extremes that I read are suggested. I need to do more research before trying to down a bunch of saline. >_<
I'm just going to drink some cranberry juice mixed with water and lemon juice for now instead. Seems to immediately make me feel better as long as I keep it up for a bit.
