Still haven't got to try and make ginger beer. Kind of got stuck out of town visiting family due to weather. Since it'll require a lot of similar prep in concerns of bottling/storing, I have a bunch of extra kiwis, mangoes and even some strawberries. Going to make some jam and salsa preserves around the same time.
Thinking of making some fish tonight. I'm hungry but I don't feel like having a big meal.
