fastest + healthiest dinner in a while
salmon (minced ginger, minced garlic, lime + lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper) with an asian greens salad (watercress, water spinach) topped with feta, lemon dill canned tuna, kalmata olives, olive oil and a little bit of greek dressing.
