I can't wait to try this recipe. Sounds delicious. I kind of have a thing for anything ginger. I keep eyeing the ginger ice cream at the big asian grocer and wonder if it'll be good or gross. :p
I like that the way they used to sanitize bottles was with a bunch of rosemary, basically. I happen to have a small rosemary plant and a whole potted rosemary bush sitting all lonely and useless by my front windowsill.
